GENERAL SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on Canadian orders over $99 CAD (before taxes and discounts), with the exception of the following provinces and territories: British Columbia, Alberta, Newfoundland & Labrador, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.

Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

For oversized or heavy items, courier restrictions may apply. In such cases, your order may need to be picked up at the nearest courier depot. If this applies, our Customer Care team will contact you directly.

When eligible, free shipping will automatically apply at checkout.

 

U.S. SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United States. Simply enter your U.S. shipping address at checkout, and the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs for your order.

Please note: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to additional charges such as duties, taxes, and import fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an order. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email was filtered there.

You can also track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, FedEx, Canada Post) using the tracking ID provided in your confirmation email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once your order has left our warehouse.

After dispatch, your order becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we work closely with our shipping partners, Henney Bear London is not liable for unexpected delays. If your order has been in transit for more than 8 business days, please contact us at sales@verage.ca and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For further details, please refer to our Returns Policy.

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incomplete or incorrectly entered shipping information.

We do not refund shipping cost. Please refer to our Customer Service Returns page for further information.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received by 4:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are typically processed the same business day. During busy periods, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability.

DAMAGED / UNDELIVERED ORDER

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@verage.ca.For damaged items, photos of the packaging and product will be required to begin a claim.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please retain both the damaged product and original packaging until the claim is resolved.

We cannot assume responsibility for damages or missing items reported after 24 hours of receipt.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please reach out to our Customer Care team at sales@verage.ca so we can investigate with the carrier.
